The cardiac open day raffle first prize was a cake from me for an occasion of their choice. The winner chose a frozen themed cake for her granddaughters 3rd birthday. This is 4 layers of vanilla sponge with vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam. The figures are little toys as I didn’t think I would do Ana and Elsa justice 🤣🙈. Hope Sophie loved it 😊.

Tractor 🚜 theme for Sammy’s birthday. Added in some cute farm animals 🐮 🐷 to complete the look. Vanilla and jam with vanilla buttercream. The tractor is hiding a couple of Rice Krispie treats too 😋.

‘Brickie’ cake for Leo’s 18th birthday. Complete with all the tools the birthday needs to fix that wonky wall 🤭. 4 layers of chocolate cake filled with Nutella buttercream 🤤. ❤️
