30/12/2025
2025 marked our 10th anniversary since launching Fritto. This year has been the busiest yet. We’ve even opened a little Italian deli corner within our bakery where customers can now buy authentic Italian ingredients to make delicious food at home. We sold over 5,000 bomboloni, more than 5,000 arancini and supplì, and over 15,000 focaccia sandwiches, with alone around 5,000 milanese. We also sold almost 5,000 panzerotti and nearly 10,000 pizza slices! Recently, we introduced fresh pasta to our menu and it’s already a hit. It’s incredible to think about how far we’ve come in just four years since we got the keys to our bakery. It was just a dream and a vision in my head that day, but now it’s all a reality. I must admit, this year has been incredibly intense and mentally draining. It’s gone so fast that it’s hard to remember what happened.
We’ve been working on something incredibly exciting for next year – something many of you’ve always wanted: more seating so you can enjoy our food even better. This means that we are expanding next door – another dream coming true! I want to take this opportunity to remember, especially to our new Fritto lovers, where we originated. Just four years ago, we were a mobile street food trader, travelling around the north west in our Fritto van, fully packed with equipment and tables, participating in various food events. It was just me, Luca, and another person setting up a gazebo cooking with a massive frying pan full of oil Panzerotti and arancini. We’re now a team of six, looking to grow even further, well established and with an amazing reputation in Liverpool. We are also thinking to give our beloved logo an update, to mark this new chapter… Let us know in the comments all your feelings and opinions please!
❤️ Thank you for your love and support and together let’s welcome 2026 🔥
