Want to know how you can keep your cakes moist! then you're in luck! I thought I would give you some quick tips today on how to do this!

1. Add 2tbs of your favourite plant based yoghurt or Milk to your cake batter.

2. Once the cake has cooled but is still warm - poke a few holes on the top and drizzle your sugar syrup all over.

A Simple Vanilla Syrup Recipe : equal measurement of water to sugar.

Add 100g caster sugar into a heat proof container, pour in 100ml of freshly boiled hot water over the top of the sugar and give a thorough mix and a dash of vanilla paste for some flavour.

Today I wanted to share 3 tips with you that help me look after myself physically while running a business. Doing things like standing up all day can take a toll on your health, and I really think it's important to focus on looking after your
body.

So here are 3 tips to look after your physical welbeing today:

tip 1 - drink more water, it will help you focus more and improve your digestion.

tip 2 - Nothings worse than burnout. Make sure to regular breaks.

tip 3 - don't starve yourself, eating well-balanced meals and snacks will get your brain focused!
Also, I totally think all these things play into being mentally stronger as well! Let me know if you agree below.

Today had me thinking about what I would do if I didn't have Crumby Bakes.

I love my business, and it is my true passion, but there are 2 things I could see myself doing if I wasn't running my own business.

The first one is Digital Nomad. I love the idea of being able to work and travel. I've always wanted to travel to Brazil, I love the music and culture.

The second thing I could totally see myself doing would be, Stage Designer creating sets for Movies and Theatre productions.

So I have a question for you today... if you weren't doing your current day job, what else would you love to do?

Maybe you have your own business, or you are thinking of starting one. Today I wanted to share with you 3 of my go to tools to run my business.

tool 1 - Canva - I can't live without. This is great for creating amazing graphics and to elevate my branding.

tool 2 - Excel - Being an account graduate, I love an excel sheet. I use this for budgeting, planning and business finance.

tool 3 - Remove.bg - Perfect way to get rid of the background in favour of your branding colours. To create a curated instagram.

Being a business owner is hard, and there are tons of hats daily to be worn.

Double-tap if you can relate to this!

Sometimes when I'm feeling overwhelmed, I love to grab a tray of my brownies (microwaved of course!), lock myself away in a quiet corner in my house and write down my thoughts in my journal.
