As we are all in national lockdown, its given me some time to think of a creative and fun idea on how we spend this lockdown.

From this Saturday at 5pm for anyone who wants to join, I’ll be hosting on Instagram some baking sessions! Were I will be teaching you all some fun, easy recipes 🙌🏼

The first lockdown bake, has to be a lockdown classic- Banana bread! 🤤

I’m super excited about this and just want to spread some positivity and motivation to anyone that may need it 🥰

A couple of months ago the wonderful came up with a brilliant idea called ‘donate a cake’. Were each week a team of fabulous cake markers and bakers will donate a cake to a child/ teen, whose birthday it is! This is to the kids/ teens whose families or carers can’t really afford it. Making their birthday special and rememberable, whilst hopefully bringing some joy to their situation!

This idea was born after the government made the decision to not grant children, with free school meals during the holidays. Meaning that 1.4 million children across England will go without food over this Christmas period.
It such a wonderful idea, I knew I had to be a part of it and help out as much as I can!

So, here is my first ‘donate a cake’! And isn’t she beautiful 🌸

If you would like to help out in anyway there is a just giving page and instagram account . Any donations, likes, shares and support would be greatly appreciated!!!

This year has been hard on a lot of people, but NO one should go hungry, ever. You can help out in many ways! A good way to help out is by picking up some tins and extra bits on your weekly shop and then donating them to your local food bank (or supermarket food bank box)! It’s a little gesture from you, that goes a long way for someone else! 🥰
