Moving back home after uni was honestly a lot more change than I realised at the time. I think sometimes I don’t realise I’m struggling with something until I’m actually out the other side of it lol (August was a lot of reflecting 💭).

I felt quite unsettled and unsure of what I was doing next (w business and in life lol)

But I think I also needed to remind myself that BBB doesn’t need to operate like some huge established business that has everything figured out and can’t change. I literally started this because I wanted to learn, build my confidence, push myself out of my comfort zone & see what I could create.

So part of that means trying new things (and it also being ok to get it wrong btw!)

Soooo the to-do lists have officially been made 📝 and I will be starting to tick them off.

New project: get these cookies online 🍪📦

Reminder to myself & anyone else who needs it: stop deeping everything and just START🌟

August has been a bit of a reset month for me with no pop-up.

Partly figuring out what direction I want to take BBB in, partly enjoying my summer after finishing uni but I was actually working towards something pretty big that ended up falling through (more on that soon 👀) and I won’t lie, the rejection knocked my confidence at first.

But taking a bit of time away and looking back at everything I’ve done so far has weirdly reignited the self-belief I had at the very beginning.

I looked back at girl who bought a dough machine with basically no experience baking cookies, just because she i had it in my head that I was going to make it work 😭

I think I needed reminding of that a little bit.

Anywayyy… I’m excited for what’s next for BBB 🤎

trying a new stuffing technique for my more unpredictable fillings 👀

I usually stuff my cookies before baking, but fillings like this mascarpone one are a little less stable & more likely to spread in the oven, so I’ve been experimenting with piping them in after instead.

& these new piping tips I got from Amazon have made it SO much easier!!!
