This one was a bit of a special one, our bestie Jonny Morris wanted me to replicate a cake for his Dads 80th which he had made 40 years ago for his 40th Birthday ( 🤔 obviously). He wanted it as imperfect as the picture he sent, wonky lines and 80’s sweets as buttons (this felt so wrong 🤣). As a little extra, I printed off the original photo onto edible paper and added it to an edible frame. His Dad Alan absolutely loved it thankfully 💙

These cupcakes I made 9 years ago are the reason I opened my business.
I made them for my Step Daughters 6th birthday and had so many compliments and people asking me for some. Few months later, Lucy’s Cupcakes and cakes became my life and full time job (minus the little break due to covid, when I swore I would never bake another cake again 🤔 🤣).
I’m so thankful for those cupcakes, I love my job and I love each and every customer, past and present for making it happen.

Today is my big baby girls 18th 🎂 Yes she has a cake and yes I brought it home on my seat as my car was full, do not copy the “professional”.
