It’s been ‘Dessert Week’ for CakeDay this week (a first) all for a good cause of raising money for Stewart Tranter.
Desserts for 80 people at last nights Bollywood event at Little Eaton village hall.
Gold dusted Chocolate Brownies and Meringue roses filled with mascarpone-Lemon&Raspberry or Passionfuit.

A super personalised Wedding cake - depicting how they met, their love of hiking with landscape from one of their favourite locations in Cumbria circling around and up to of course the start of their new adventure as Mr & Mrs. Congratulations to you both!
The cakes themselves 12inch and 7inch, were an epic layer combination each of Chocolate sponge, Chocolate Ganache filling, Biscoff sponge, Biscoff caramel filling, Vanilla sponge and covered with Vanilla Italian meringue.
