Good afternoon! As the day draws to a close, I’ll be locking up at 3pm today. Before I do, I just want to take a moment to wish you all a very Happy New Year and to say a heartfelt thank you to every single one of you who has supported me over the years. It truly has meant more than I can put into words.
I’ll be back on Friday 2nd January, and when I return, everything must go! I’ll be running a huge sale, with full details going up in the window before I close today.
At the moment, it’s still looking like next Thursday will be my last day, although officially I’m here until 31st January—so fingers crossed that gives me enough time to get everything tidied up. That said, I may need to close a little earlier once all the forms are submitted on 12th January.
Thank you all so much for the wonderful comments and messages. If I could stay, I truly would—but it’s time for me to look after myself now.
Hopefully I’ll see some of you on 2nd January. I’ll be here from 10am until 3pm.
As for tonight, I may celebrate the New Year with a few JD and Cokes… although, knowing me, I’ll probably be fast asleep by 8pm!
