I feel so lucky to be asked to make this special girl's birthday cake every year. She always chooses something creative and fun for me to make! This year was no exception, and I produced my first ever 3D Axolotl. What fun it was to make!

The cake itself was toffee flavour with creamy caramel buttercream.
