There is always light snacks and refreshments available. In the past chip butties , home made soup as well as crumpets and fruit.

It's all free and female support workers are especially welcome .

This week it is planting and plant pot flags . Below you can see some of the amazing crafting we did last week.

There will also be the usual jewellery, sketch pads, also small diamond painting projects and adult colouring books available or you can bring your own .

Light refreshments and snacks available. You are welcome to bring your lunch with you if preferred.

Neurodivergent Drop-In Group – Lincoln

A new relaxed, understanding space for autistic and ADHD adults to just be.

PAACT Office, Room 5, Hillcroft House
Hillcroft Business Park, Lincoln

Every Thursday
12:00 PM – 1:15 PM

This isn’t a structured group, it’s a space to:
☕ Have a coffee or brew
💬 Chat (or not, that’s completely okay)
🧠 Be around people who genuinely get it

There’s no pressure, no expectations, and no need to explain yourself.
You can drop in at any point during the session and stay for as long as you feel comfortable.

Just turn up as you are.

Tomorrow Wednesday 1st April we are decorating eggs , making Easter Wreaths and as always an opportunity to take part in other crafts such as diamond art, jewellery and adult colouring.

A light buffet and refreshments are available tomorrow.

As always female support workers are always welcome and can access the range of crafts also.
