Caking It Special Bespoke Handmade Cakes Everybody loves cake. Cake makes people smile. And there you have it - the simple motivation for a baker.

As satisfying as it may be to sculpt a sweet tasting masterpiece and to stand back and admire it nothing can compare to the look on a face the moment they lay eyes on that cake - that was the ultimate reward when I first started baking cakes and and it remains so now.
