15 Years 🎂

Today marks 15 years of No. 82 Cake Studio. 🥂🎂 Here’s a few of the hundreds from beginning to now.

Fifteen years of cakes, consultations, deliveries, early mornings, very late nights, countless tiers, an awful lot of icing… and so many wonderful couples who have trusted me to create their wedding cake. ❤️

It’s rather hard to believe that what started 15 years ago has grown into the business it is today. I’m incredibly proud of it, and particularly grateful to every couple, customer, venue, supplier, photographer and fellow wedding professional who has supported No. 82 along the way.

The last few weeks have been exceptionally busy with weddings, so my social media has been rather neglected while I’ve been busy doing what I love most — making and delivering cakes! 😂

Things are finally calming down a little, so I’ll be back to regular posting very soon. I have lots of beautiful weddings, cakes and lovely reviews waiting to be shared.

But for today, I think I’ll simply take a moment to celebrate 15 years.

Thank you to everyone who has been part of the No. 82 journey so far. Here’s to the next chapter. 🥂

It’s always a pleasure when a couple brings me something a little outside my usual style. This contemporary four-tier design, with its combination of smooth finishes, crisp lines and handcrafted ruffles, was created for a beautiful marquee wedding in Northamptonshire. One of my recent wedding cakes delivered to Stubton Hall.

This elegant four-tier design featured handcrafted sugar roses and delicate blossoms, with a subtle marbled effect to the lower tier adding a soft touch of colour. Finished with crisp contemporary lines and a beautifully smooth white finish, it was designed to complement the timeless surroundings of this wonderful venue and complement the colour shades used for day.

It was a pleasure to create this elegant four-tier wedding cake for C & T’s wedding at the beautiful Washingborough Hall. Finished in soft ivory with handcrafted sage and white sugar flowers, delicate pearl detailing and subtle embossed lace, this timeless design perfectly complemented their celebration.
