Cake for mums surprise birthday bash today. One of the favourites. Layers of chocolate sponge and hazelnut sponge, hazelnut buttercream, Nutella, chocolate ganache and a chocolate drip. Of course…sprinkles!

My favourite cake yet...maybe because it’s for my angel turning 4 today. She’s growing up too fast! Chocolate sponge filled with chocolate American buttercream. Covered in salted caramel Swiss meringue buttercream using Cake Cream. Can’t wait to eat! 😋😋
