OK, I know this post is not going to be popular but I’ll come to the point that I can’t now bake this Saturday 😢. Despite your fantastic support and effort to pre-order my workload has changed meaning I now have no time this Friday to prepare meaning it’s impossible to complete the orders.
I contemplated just doing half but to select will be impossible and I can only promise I will bake as soon as I can after Christmas. I have 50kg of flour so will need to bake again quite soon.
I will donate the £100 from your previous donations to St Barnabas this week and they will definitely benefit form your generosity.
Hopefully be able to post a more positive message in the very near future.

OK, knew this would be tricky 😅, but hopefully I have now responded to your message in some shape or form. If I’ve just put a 👍 next to your request your order has been reserved , I’ve done it in the order they arrived so hopefully fair.
Below is what’s left to pre-order and note there is no limit on the Rocky Roads and the Brownies. Again the first to message will secure their order and if you state you’re not bothered about flavours you’ve more chance to get something!

Georgia will also be offering her Rocky Roads and Brownies in the same flavours as before which I know you loved!
These AND the fresh bread will be available for pre-order NOW but I hope you agree it’s fair to put some limits on the bread to try to make it available to as many as possible?
I was thinking 1 loaf and 2 plaits (or 8 rolls) per person? Does seem fair? Clearly if it is not all reserved before I bake I will let you know.
Also, as I have not raised my prices in the last 5 years (at least) I hope you don’t mind me increasing the price of the loaves to £3.

I am aiming to make the following and will reserve based on when your order comes in so I apologise now if what you require is gone, I will update the list as best as I can but hopefully you appreciate how tricky this is 😅

🍞 Farmhouse White (6 loaves, 8 plaits & 24 rolls)
🍞 Seeded Cobber Granary (6 loaves, 8 plaits , 24 rolls)
🍞 Caramelised Red Onion (8 loaves, 16 plaits)
🍞 Red Leicester, Chilli & Lime (4 loaves , 8 plaits)
🍞 Extra Mature Cheddar (4 loaves, 8 plaits)
🍞 Walnut (4 loaves , 8 plaits)
🍞 Blue Stilton (4 loaves, 8 plaits)

As always 20% of proceeds and any one off donations will go to St Barnabas (the most popular charity based on your comments). Georgia and myself rounded up the donations from the previous 2 days baking to £100 and will take this and whatever else you raise down to them before Christmas.
Right, let’s see how this goes, please don’t shout at me if it gets confusing with the bread orders 😂.

Very sorry but I’m unable to make doughnuts this Saturday now due to other commitments that have come up. I have many of the ingredients so we let you know a Friday/Saturday that I can make work.
Still hopeful to bake on Monday 23rd Dec so you have chance to get some fresh bread before the holidays and I can wish you a Merry Christmas 🎄🎅!!

Well, that was a bit manic but thank you so much 😅!! . I have the following bread left which can be reserved if you’re planning to come later (especially if you’re picking up any of Georgia’s bakes!)

Blue Stilton - loaf
Walnut - loaves and plaits
Seeded Granary - loaf, plaits and rolls
Farmhouse White - loaf, plaits and rolls
Red Leicester & Chilli - loaves
Olive & Tomato - loaves and plaits.

Aware there are 8 of you still to collect your reserved Rocky Roads and Brownies- I will be open until 6pm tonight but happy to hold in until tomorrow or Saturday morning if today not now convenient?

Firstly thank you so much for your incredible support yesterday, just amazing, I had just 2 plaits and 2 rolls left!! Also many,many thanks for those who left additional one off donations, I will select a charity (or two) from your suggestions and after the doughnuts on Saturday Nov 30th!
You can now PRE-ORDER your BISCOFF ROCKY ROADS and CARAMEL PECAN BROWNIES for collection tomorrow (Thurs 14th) between 1pm and 6pm.
The fresh bread as always will have to be on a first come first served basis but as I continue to bake in the afternoon there was still a selection at 5pm yesterday. Feel free to message me anyway before you set off to check.

Just brought out more fresh Extra Mature Cheddar and Olive & Sundried Tomato!!
Only Caramelised Red Onion sold out and still Red Leicester , Chilli & Lime , Seeded Granary loaves and White rolls/ plaits to choose from. To avoid a disappointed journey I’m now happy to take reservations on the fresh bread!

Last chance to PRE-ORDER your BISCOFF ROCKY ROADS and CARAMEL PECAN BROWNIES for collection Tuesday or Thursday this week 😃!! They are £1.50 each and please state day of collection 🙏🏼.

In addition I will be offering the following fresh baked bread BETWEEN 1PM and 6PM on both days;

TUESDAY

🍞 Extra Mature Cheddar (double quantity)
🍞 Olive & Sun Dried Tomato (double quantity)

THURSDAY
Same as Tuesday but all single quantities and including;

I have tried my best to make more of the flavours you like and on your preferred pick up day/time but I apologise if I don’t have exactly what you want when you arrive - it’s quite tricky 😅!
I will be offering loaves (£2.50), plaits (£1.50) and rolls (£1.50 for 4).
You can pay either by cash, card or phone but if paying cash it would really help if you have the correct amount 😊.
If you want you can also suggest your favourite local charity and the most popular will receive the donation after I have made my Doughnuts on Saturday Nov 30th 😃🍩!
