Been a while since I’ve posted! Medical studies have been intense but found some time for baking a delicious banana bread 😍

This is a double chocolate & peanut butter banana bread. With dark chocolate pieces and scoops of peanut butter mixed into the batter, it is truly divine 🤌🏼

Birthday Cheesecake!

This is a duo flavour cheesecake with one half baileys Irish cream (topped with milk chocolate, baileys chocolate ganache and white chocolate buttons) and the other half white chocolate (topped with white chocolate, whipped cream & white chocolate buttons).

A cake to please everyone! Here I made a Thank you cake for some colleagues, I was not sure what flavour to go for so I created a half & half cake!!!

Whether you’re team vanilla cake or team chocolate this one has the best of both! Half vanilla sponge with a berry compote and vanilla buttercream and half chocolate sponge with caramel, vanilla buttercream & chocolate ganache 😍

An ultimate crowd pleaser, perfect for birthdays, thank you cakes for work, or any other special occasions!

As with all my bakes this can be fully customised from the sponge flavours to fillings and buttercream design!

Birthday Cheesecake!

One of my absolute favourites, this cheesecake has a shortbread base with a white chocolate & matcha cheesecake filling. Topped with a vanilla marshmallow meringue and lime zest. ❤️

All cheesecakes can be customised to suit any occasion or flavour requirements.

Hey guys!
It’s been a little while since I’ve posted any baking pics, but guess what? I’m back in action! 🎉

🐰🐣 I hope you had an amazing Easter weekend/ holiday.

Let me tell you about these delicious bakes I made!

First up, we have a Chocolate Easter Pie. It has a Malteser base, a rich dark and milk chocolate filling, and it’s topped with all sorts of Easter treats. 🍫🐰

And for all the lemon lovers out there, I made a tangy Lemon and Raspberry Pound Cake. It’s soaked with lemon syrup and topped with a zesty lemon icing. 🍋😋
