I have always loved baking. When my gorgeous little man was born and the long night shifts started, I found cat-napping on the sofa between his feeds made my back ache and I didn't really sleep . So one night, in the wee small hours, I took to baking. That was it... Bara brith loaves, banana and blueberry cakes, Victoria sponge, flapjack, caramel shortbread...The Midnight Bakery was born. (Sound on) As a Harry Potter fan I was delighted to create a themed bespoke order. I had an idea for these golden snitches and I’m so pleased they turned out well.
