5 years to the day since we picked up the keys to this abandoned, asbestos-ridden factory.

4 planning permissions.
7 party wall agreements.
3 right of way issues.
250 tonnes of rubble.

A huge thank you to Ben, Jamie, Dan and the boys for sticking with us.

Here’s to opening the doors — hopefully without waiting another 5 years!
