We take our bakes seriously around here. If you’ve ever wondered where the name Crenellation Cookies came from, it’s all in the edges. A crenellation is that classic, notched parapet at the top of a medieval fortress—built rugged, thick, and designed to defend your territory.
We figured our massive, heavy New York-style bakes deserved the same treatment: unapologetically chunky exterior walls guarding a ridiculously soft, gooey interior. No flat, sad biscuits allowed in this kingdom.
