It has central heating and double glazing, and all mod cons such as washer/drier, microwave, fridge and freezer, gas hob and fan oven, TV with DVD player, CD player etc. There is a private garden at the back which really catches the sun, with a patio with garden furniture (and a gas barbecue you are welcome to use, kept in the shed.) Lundin Links' amenities are within easy walking distance, including a great butchers'/bakers', Post Office, chemist, Royal Bank, hairdresser and general store with cash machine. The Lundin Links Hotel and The Old Manor Hotel are nearby, both serving lovely meals in attractive surroundings. Ten minutes' walk takes you down to the beautiful sandy beach at Largo Bay, a delightful place for a leisurely stroll, and dog owners all feed back that it is ideal for them. There are more little shops, including crafts and curios, plus the Crusoe Hotel and The Railway Inn. In nearby Upper Largo, there is The Upper Largo Hotel, serving great value delicious meals. The Squinty House is well situated close to the main routes throughout the East Neuk of Fife, and St Andrew's, home of golf, is only twenty minutes' drive away. There is also great scope for exploring the East Neuk itself and all the pretty villages along the coast such as Elie and Craill.
