A Monster Jam themed cake for Mason’s birthday!
Layers of chocolate sponge filled with chocolate buttercream, covered in fondant and finished off with some themed decorations.

This happy wee chap was celebrating his 4th birthday and wanted a Paddington Bear theme. Even the famous marmalade sandwich 🥪 was included.
Layers of vanilla sponge filled and covered with vanilla buttercream.

A teenager who has a fabulous taste in music! 🎵
With nods to Stevie Nicks, David Bowie and Queen.
One of my frequently asked for styles, a secret message cake or more popularly known as a ‘burn away’ cake. The top wafer paper sheet is lit and slowly disappears to reveal a hidden message underneath.
Layers of vanilla sponge, filled with velvet vanilla buttercream and apricot jam finished off with edible images.

An 80th birthday celebration cake. The request was to incorporate Dundee Ice Stars as John is a big fan of the ice hockey team.
Layers of vanilla sponge filled and coated with velvet vanilla buttercream with an edible Dundee Ice Stars logo.

I love a little play about 😊
Mini cookie dough cups filled with cookies and cream spread and topped off with a mini Oreo biscuit.
There was also chocolate orange, salted caramel and a pistachio flavour but I gave them away to some lucky friends to taste test before I thought about pics 🙈
I tried a salted caramel cup and it was so yummy even if I do say so myself 😋
These are just perfect bite size treats. What other flavours should I try?? 🤔
