Little 6 inch vanilla cake for my Mums Birthday. Just a quick cake due to time restraints on this one.

Brownie Stack decorated for my sons Birthday. 36 brownies with chocolate spread to stick them together. Decorated with sugar paste leaves, chocolate rocks and royal icing. The moss is an edible moss. Toppers and candles from Temu and the bunting was made by myself.

P7 Leavers cake for their party. 6inch 3 layer vanilla sponge with strawberry jam and vanilla buttercream filling. Covered with Fondant icing. Decorated with a wafer paper logo, food safe plastic balls and handmade paper sails. Personalised logo finished off the design!

6 inch 4 layer chocolate fudge cake with salted caramel filling and chocolate buttercream. Covered in fondant icing and a selection of the birthday boys favourite chocolates! I handmade paper sails on the top and added an acrylic birthday topper and acrylic name on the side! Really pleased with how this one turned out!

This was a last minute cake for a work colleague! I usually like to give myself a few weeks to plan and a couple days to bake and decorated each cake, but I decided I was going to make this cake about 7pm the night before! I baked a 9 inch square cake and an 8 inch square cake and layered and carved. I made a cake pop from the carvings to make the hot dog and royal icing for the ketchup. I used my trusty airbrush to give the effect on the bun! Pretty pleased with how this turned out given the last minute rush!

6 inch, 3 layer Carrot Cake with Vanilla Buttercream. Covered with Fondant and melted marshmallows. The sails were handmade with card and the topper and candles were from Temu. My son and daughter wanted to help make this cake as it was for their 'baby' brother, so my daughter helped make the spiders and my son made the ghosts on the side, both from modelling paste.
