🌟 We’re Hiring – Junior Retail Sales Assistant 🌟
We’re looking for a Junior Retail Sales Assistant to join our friendly team at our Brechin shop! 🥐🍰
This is a great opportunity for someone aged 14–18 who is looking to gain some work experience, learn new skills and become part of our bubbly bakery team.
🕙 Regular hours: Every Saturday, 10am–1pm
💷 Pay: £5–£8 per hour, depending on age, in line with the applicable National Minimum Wage rate.
There will also be opportunities for additional hours, including:
✨ Holiday and sickness cover
✨ Covering the longer Saturday shift (8am–2.30pm) when our other Saturday team member is off
✨ Extra shifts during school holidays and busy periods
💕 What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a bubbly, friendly people person who enjoys chatting to customers and is confident in a busy shop environment.
Our customers are at the heart of everything we do, and we pride ourselves on providing a first-class customer service. We’re looking for someone who is willing to go that extra mile to make sure every customer has a great experience. 🌟
You’ll need to be enthusiastic, reliable, willing to learn and happy to get stuck in with whatever needs doing. No two days are exactly the same, and there will be plenty of opportunities to learn new skills!
Full training will be provided.
The role will include:
🥖 Serving customers in the shop
📞 Answering the telephone and taking orders
🧼 Washing up and general cleaning
😊 Providing excellent customer service
💪 Helping wherever needed and being part of our friendly team
