Three deep, moist layers of Belgian chocolate sponge, filled with silky Belgian chocolate buttercream and crushed Toblerone, coated in rich dark chocolate ganache and finished with a delicious milk chocolate ganache drip.

Loaded with Toblerone pieces, chocolate buttercream swirls, gold sprinkles and edible gold leaf for a seriously indulgent finish. 🍫✨️

The order also included 10 gluten and dairy-free chocolate cupcakes for guests with dietary intolerances 🧁

Three 6" layers of my deliciously moist lemon sponge, filled and finished with a smooth, zesty lemon buttercream. 🍋

The cake was decorated in a sophisticated palette of gold, cream and soft beige, featuring a graceful edible dancer image, delicate gold accents and clusters of gold and ivory balls. A personalised gold “Happy 50th Birthday” topper completes the design perfectly. ✨

It was such a privilege to create this elegant sheet cake for a truly special gentleman celebrating an incredible 98th birthday 💙

This cake featured two layers of light vanilla sponge, filled with a sweet and tangy raspberry conserve and silky vanilla buttercream, then finished with a smooth buttercream coating.

Decorated in a sophisticated blue, white and gold theme, the cake was adorned with hand-piped buttercream swirls, rosettes and stars, delicate edible pearls, and a personalised fondant message topper to make the celebration extra meaningful.

To complement the beautiful 40th anniversary sheet cake, my lovely customer also ordered 35 personalised shortbread biscuits — the perfect extra treat for guests to enjoy 🍪

Each biscuit was made using my delicious all-butter shortbread recipe and topped with a smooth white fondant plaque, finished with delicate heart details and a bold red edible “40” fondant topper to celebrate this special milestone ♥️
