Ah, Lemon Meringue Blondie…definitely one of my favourite bakes. I made it as a request from one of my lovely neighbours and it’s been a Pantry fave ever since.

I loved baking this Wedding cake a few weeks ago. The couple wanted something rustic, decorated with fresh garden and meadow flowers…so this is what I made them.

I love this bake, and I don’t know why but I haven’t made it for ages! It just makes me smile! Today sees a welcome return to…My Double Choc Coconut Teacake Brownie!

My usual double choc brownie, a box of coconut teacakes and a sprinkling of extra coconut on the top - the brownie is lush - a given - and the teacake goes crispy and gooey during the bake! A taste sensation! £2 each, £24 for a tray

Out of all the bakes I make, Oaty Crumble Bars are probably my fave. And this one is well up there with one of the tastiest. Cherry Oaty Crumble!

Buttery Oaty base, a whole blimming jar of black cherry jam, and then topped with more oaty yumminess. £1 a slice, £12 for a tray. My favourite way to serve it? With a blob of vanilla ice cream!

Blitzed up Custard Creams, mixed with butter then topped with Vanilla and White Chocolate Fudge and finished with a Custard Cream. I can’t lie, it’s blimming lush! £2 a piece, £24 a tray
