Today I bring you…a Victoria Sponge traybake!!!

A slightly deeper bake of my usual vanilla sponge, split and sandwiched together with fluffy buttercream and strawberry jam and topped with the lightest dusting of icing sugar, this one’s a winner however you look at it! £2 a piece, £24 a tray

My usual buttery cookie dough with a mahooooosive wallop (technical term) of caramel and white chocolate spread in the middle topped with chopped Caramel Aero bar and Caramel Aero Bubbles. They’re divine!!! £2 each

Another busy weekend - and Monday - bakey-bake-bake-baking!

I’m trying to summon up some sunshine with this beaut…White Chocolate and Raspberry Blondie.

🩷🎉🌸🎉🩷

It’s a winner. Super creamy white choc blondie, rippled with raspberry jam and then drizzled with white chocolate and sprinkled with freeze dried raspberries. Summer? Looking at today’s weather, it’ll be fab with a hot chocolate too!
