These 6 inch layer cakes come in a variety of flavours, including:

🚀classic vanilla sponge with jam and buttercream.

🪐chocolate sponge with either chocolate or vanilla buttercream.

🛸lemon sponge with either lemon or elderflower buttercream.

👽sponge cakes can also be filled with chocolate ganache for a little extra.

Mother’s Day dessert! 😋

Double chocolate Rocky road Swiss roll.

Light and fluffy chocolate sponge filled with layers of freshly whipped cream, crushed cookie layer and soft biscoff filling. Topped with white and milk chocolate, twirl and mars bar pieces. Finished off with a couple of handmade edible decorations.

I got It From My Mum

Ever since I was little, I remember the excitement I felt when I could smell the aroma from our kitchen when my mum was baking. There was nothing in this world that could be better then my mums birthday cake creations or the mince pies that I would sneak upstairs in my room, or the lemon meringue pie that looked like a beautiful mountain of white fluffy clouds. Everything she bakes or cooks is so delicious and she seems to do so effortlessly, and through the years she has lovingly taught me all the skills I needed to thrive in the baking world. Her creativity and love for baking and cooking is what has inspired me and I will always strive to make my mum proud.

I have always loved baking and cooking, trying new things and jumping out of my comfort zone when it comes to creating beautiful sweets. I love surprising loved ones on their birthday with a cake that is inspired by some of their favourite things, the special moment they see it for the first time is what I love the most, then comes the second best part which is getting to eat the cake and I always make sure its their favourite flavour. Making cakes and sweets for loved ones is what ignited my passion to start up on my own and help others in creating the perfect cakes and sweets to impress their friends and families because I believe that something homemade is always made with love, it means more and tastes way more delicious.
