Hi all I will be starting a new job shortly so will not have the spare time to make as many cakes as I have done in the past, if any at all. I am very excited about my new venture but I do need something with regular hours as its not fair on the kids me working seven days a week sometimes especially in the holidays . Who knows I may be able to do both when I've settle into my new job or just a few but I don't want to make any promises so as not to let anyone down so I'm saying goodbye for now but will let you all know if I can juggle both

Been hot in the kitchen this week fondant all sticky butter cream melting not good cake weather is this. Early mornings and late nights one more batch tomorrow then done for the week 😁

Literally a massive carrot, carrot cake for a carrot cake lovers birthday 🥕😋 and a pretty little cake that unfortunately was a failure to collect but never mind class 2 EG/S are going to have the pleasure of this one thursday😋😁

1 chocolate
1 Victoria
All loaf tin size all £4 each I won't be baking tomorrow as we have Leominster Primary School fete tomorrow thanks Tina 😁

Oh my days don't usually indulge in cakes as I'm a savoury girl 😂 but made a chocolate fudge cake for the kids today we've just had chocolate fudge cake covered in chocolate ganache and raspberry coulis with a dollop of clotted cream heaven in a bowl 😋
