The benefit of having a tiered cake is that you can choose two different flavours when you can’t decide on one!
Here, you see a 6” cake and an 8” cake standing over 6” high for each tier (before stacking).
Inside the top 6” tier are 3 layers of white chocolate & raspberry cake with white chocolate buttercream filling & a zingy raspberry jam.
In the 8” tier are layers of vanilla sponge with a light vanilla buttercream and sweet raspberry jam to break up the vanilla and compliment the layers of sponge and buttercream.
All decoration is handmade and edible.
I love working with fondant icing and creating people, animals and vehicles which can be kept as keep sakes years down the line!!
