Happy Mother’s Day to all you ladies. Mamas past and present, near and far, I hope you all had the best day. This is how I spent mine - breakfast in bed with gorgeous gifts, then on to the floatation centre for a totally new and out of this world experience. I highly recommend, I left feeling more relaxed than I have been, since having kids. 😂 Then onwards to lunch 😋 where I filled my belly to bursting point and ending the day with a walk around Tring Reservoirs - beautiful finish to a wonderful day.

Welcome to Balanced Bakes!

Hello, I’m Ria, thanks for visiting my modest page. I started this business out of a love for baking and all things delicious... I’m a foodie through and through.

Diets and allergies are more understood and increasingly catered for. With many of my friends being Vegan or Gluten-Free, I have become motivated to approach baking with a more inclusive mindset.

I believe that dietary restrictions and/or choices shouldn’t limit what you can and can’t enjoy in life. Balanced Bakes provides delicious baked goods that don’t compromise on taste or quality and can be enjoyed by all.

Based in Leighton Buzzard, baking in small batches from my home, I can cater to bespoke orders and regularly sell at the local market in town on a Saturday.
