Need some advice!
We have a really lovely neighbour that is quite frail and is blind in one eye and partially sighted in the other who feeds the wildlife I.e Foxes, Badgers, hedgehogs etc. I have never had problem with this until this year when sitting in the garden Hollie and I saw a RAT a proper big vermin RAT!
When I looked I have found several holes where it/they are digging in my plants, that are now dying and the root of one of my trees is now showing.
We have spoken to them quite politely but got told that her house was here 32 years before ours and she has always fed the wildlife. We have lived her almost 19 years and never had this issue so why now?
I have two dogs and my granddaughter living here and also have my baby granddaughter once/twice a week and this is very scarey for me to be dealing with. I can’t put poison down for obvious reasons so do we go to straight to the council and
ask them to deal with it?
I feel awful as she is very sweet but we have seen a different side when we tried to address the problem 🤦♀️
