I’ve been busy creating! Someone asked for a white kinder Bueno so……here it is! White chocolate & hazelnut sponge, hazelnut cream centre, vanilla icing, more hazelnut cream 😋🧁 it’s had the seal of approval from my official taste testers!

I’m also bringing a small batch of low sugar, low fat, high protein cherry Bakewell tray bakes. I know it’s taken a while to get this up and running but I’ve finally got my act together 😂

Hi 👋 so, I’ve been on a bit of a mission to develop good, nutrition, sweet treats that also taste amazing for my little brood. IF I were to start offering a “healthy” range of tray bakes would there be interest? The photo is a batch I baked today for the after school hunger! Cherry Bakewell 😋 each serving has aprox 14g of protein, 166 calories, 14g of carbs and only 5.5g of fat. Cake for those macros I hear you ask?! It is possible, and even better, delicious!!! Just had a price with a cuppa and it really hit the spot 👌 let me know in the comments 😊
