Due to the very high heat I’ll only be baking to order! I’ll still deliver your cakes to your offices but they need to be PRE ORDERED! And a MINIMUM order of 4 will apply. Order deadline, 2pm tomorrow for Wednesday rounds and 2pm on Wednesday for Thursday rounds. Collection is also available from Fleckney. After this week I’ll be on holiday for a fortnight so get your cakes while you can 🧁😁

I’ve been busy creating! Someone asked for a white kinder Bueno so……here it is! White chocolate & hazelnut sponge, hazelnut cream centre, vanilla icing, more hazelnut cream 😋🧁 it’s had the seal of approval from my official taste testers!

I’m also bringing a small batch of low sugar, low fat, high protein cherry Bakewell tray bakes. I know it’s taken a while to get this up and running but I’ve finally got my act together 😂
