Hi this is my latest cake. It's been a while since I went all out on a cake design but I must say it was worth the time and late nights. This is for a very special husband who's wife loves him dearly. You can also see my photographer my son taking shots for my up and coming website.

This is a beautiful iPad gift cake. It's vanilla sponge with coconut and lime buttercream in the centre using icing sugar and covered in the design of a gift box. The purple sugarpaste is using Masa Ticimo sugarpaste also from sugar and crumbs. This company is awesome, I love their ethos and the fact that there products are natural with no nasties in them :-) Sorry the picture is not great.

This has to be my fav creation of the year. It's a vanilla cupcake bouquet with three different buttercream flavours from the yellow are pineapple, the purple are blueberry and the white are coconut and lime. The blue sugarpaste flowers are also using sugarpaste from which is Massa Ticimo, it is so nice to work with and I'm happy that both products are natural and free from nastys. Only the best for Couture Cakes :-)

So more baking today and the result are vanilla cupcakes with coconut buttercream made with natural flavoured icing sugar. It is delicious, not too sweet great texture absolutely love love love, looking forward to trying new flavours. Anyone want some for Christmas or birthday or any event let me know I can post too :-)

Here it is. Sorry it's not a proffesional one as I forgot to get it done.
This is a Champagne Bucket Cake with plain vanilla cake and white chocolate gnash, edible sugar ice, edible champagne bottles with the exception of the gems. It was a challenging cake to make but very enjoyable and rewarding.
