It was my great privilege and delight to make this beautiful 4 tier wedding cake for the most gorgeous winter wedding! With edible silver-leaf, and tiers in Biscoff flavour, raspberry and white chocolate and lemon.
If you love the stunning pearl monogram topper, watch this space as I will be creating a range of pearl wedding cake toppers.

I had to film this one before it had finished drying so excuse the shine! This three tier superhero cake features a comic book style cityscape and big bold colour.

Bright stripes of buttercream coat a rich milk chocolate cake that is filled with yummy chocolate ganache. This colourful creation has two upturned pots of slime. (Shhhh...don't tell the birthday girl but those pots really contained a gorgeous vanilla mirror glaze). Dazzling and delicious!

This week it has been my absolute pleasure and honour to bake a cake for Les who turns 100 today! This is my first and hopefully not my last centenarian cake.
Les is a keen sailor and member of Wanlip Sailing Club and so to celebrate his 100th birthday, here is his Laser Scorpion dinghie depicted in sugarpaste and rice-paper. Happy Birthday Les!
