Tonka bean and gingerbread birthday macarons going out today.

Experimenting with techniques today. The purple swirls involved painting the inside of the piping bag with gel colouring. The orange swirls were achieved by putting 2 piping bags into a larger one. They make me think of waves, I’ll have to try white and blue next time! ☺️
