I was asked to make this cake for a lady who was 70 and her family wanted it to be a garden theme.
The cake is vanilla sponge filled with jam, coated in vanilla buttercream and covered in fondant.
All the flowers birds and butterfly's are hand made from fondant and I hand painted the sides of the cake with diluted food colouring.
She absolutely loved it, happy 70th birthday.

This cake ended up in Manchester at a board meeting one of the bosses was celebrating his 60 th birthday.
I was told his favorite team was Manchester United and they wanted to make it fun with the words 'where the devil is Ken' on the board.
I heard it went down very well at the board meeting and Ken loved it.

This was a Christmas cake I made this year.
The cake is mad with mixed fruit and laced with brandy, then covered in marzipan and fondant.
The decorations on the cake are made from fondant and all edible.
