Laura has an artistic background with a degree in illustration and surface pattern. After working in a commercial Patisserie for over six years and gaining much experience making wedding cakes and celebration cakes she decided it was time to realise her own dreams. Here at Rose and Jam we hope to provide a friendly service, producing a professionally finished and delicious cake.

Pretty fairies themed cake from last week. The butterflies are rice paper dusted with lustre powder and hand painted using Sugarflair food colouring paste. Worked well for the fairy wings too.

Loved recreating this style of design from Sydney based cake artist We swapped out the buttercream for white chocolate ganache for stability and they had three flavours of gluten free sponge cake.
Loved the tipi at Stoney Bank Weddings!!! Such pretty views all around.
