Did you know that all of these benefits can come from baby yoga? It is such a wonderful opportunity for you and your baby to spend together 🥰

Have you ever wondered what the difference is between postnatal and baby yoga? I get asked this quite regularly and it really depends on what you want from your class.

If looking after yourself and some in depth recovery is what you are craving right now then postnatal yoga is for you.

If you want to learn how yoga can benefit your baby and add in a little practice for you as well then baby yoga is your go to.

Or why not try both?! All classes can be booked as individual sessions or as blocks. So what are you waiting for?

Getting back into more regular practice with some physio isn’t proving to be the easiest with Bonnie about!
After filming this I found a little puppy tooth on the floor too which might explain a bit more of the chewing 😂

Good luck to everyone - children and parents - starting back at school this week. It’s a big year for us in particular as high school has finally come round.

Me and fluffball are feeling a bit lost as although it’s full on in the summer and we’re ready for a change it’s very quiet without them and definitely not as fun!

I’ve one more day off then everything is back to normal on Monday so if you haven’t got your sessions booked here’s a reminder of what’s on:

Tuesday 1.30-2.30 Baby Yoga at We Are Wellness
Wednesday 1.30-2.30 Postnatal Yoga at We Are Wellness
Friday 9.45-10.30 Stretch with Stories (toddlers) at Truly Scrummy
Friday 10.45-11.30 Baby Yoga at Truly Scrummy

Also this month:
Saturday 19th 10-11 Family yoga in Horsforth
Sunday 20th 2-3.30 Restorative yoga and Indian Head Massage workshop at We Are Wellness

Summer is coming to a close. It’s been a lovely one full of fun but a much needed slower pace. Lots of lazy days in pjs and spending time as a family.

Now to begin to welcome autumn and the changing of seasons. And with it a new term of classes.

Join me from 7th September for postnatal, baby, toddler and family classes. See you there!
