Ring Doughnut! 🍩🍩

It’s always fun to trial and play around with new recipes. These ring doughnuts were delicious, but need some refining.
The toppings were delicious, especially the classic icing and sprinkles. Chocolate topping needs refining into a sauce or something like a ganache and the dough was good but a little heavy compared to the filled doughnuts I usually make.

It’s always great to try something new, even if it doesn’t turn out exact as planned. Learning from trial and error is a process you need to go through to create delicious baked goods!

Doughnut’s are back! And even better than ever with two new flavours: Chocolate Creme Patisserie and Zesty Lemon Meringue. Don’t worry, everyone’s favourite Vanilla Creme Patisserie will be available too!

Doughnut’s go live on the website at 7pm on Tuesday’s and close at 10pm on Thursday’s or till sell out.

There will be a limited number of doughnut boxes each week. If boxes are sold out, no more boxes will be added that week.

Pick up only from LS5, collection will be Saturday’s between 10am-11:30am. Email with collection details will be sent the day before collection.

A Vesper Bespoke 30th Birthday Cake 🥳
8inch Vesper Bespoke with 4 layers of golden sponge, filled with a secret biscoff middle, silky luxe chocolate buttercream and finished with piped shells and colourful sprinkles!
This was such a fun cake to make! 🎉🥳

Limited Edition Lucky Dip Box of 6 🥳
I’ve had lots of new followers and met lots of lovely people at festivals recently, so i’ve decided to do a limited edition lucky dip mixed box of 6 so you can discover which is your favourite flavour 😋
The box will contain a mixture of 5 different flavours:
Triple Choco Chunk
Peanut Butter
Biscoff Brownie of Dreams
Bakewell Blondie
Biscoff Blondie.

Includes postage - Tracked 24 - Order by 8pm Sunday evening for boxes to be posted on Monday.

The Wedding Cake 💗

This is the wedding cake I made for our wedding last month.
Three tiers of vanilla sponge filled with strawberry jam and creamy vanilla buttercream. Finished with buttercream shells and .by.dotties beautiful flowers 💐💗

P.S I’m still waiting for the professional photos, so brace yourself for more wedding spam. But I couldn’t wait any longer to post the cake.
