40,000 steps yesterday... all for the love of cake (and a great cause!) 🥾➡️🧁

While the bakery was quiet, I hit the trails for a grueling 25km training walk around Leamington to prep for my mountain hike on July 11th! My legs are officially dead, but the mission continues. 🏔️💨

I’ve been dropping hints... and you guys have been asking! 🏔️🧁

I am so excited to finally share that on July 11th, I’m taking on a massive hike in the Cotswolds for Cancer Research UK. After conquering 50km a few years ago, I knew it was time to lace up the boots again for a cause that matters.

The best part? Before I even officially announced it here, my amazing family, friends, and colleagues have already helped me smash my first goal of £300! 😭🙌

Because you guys are so incredible, I’m setting a new 'Bakery Goal' of £500. To help us get there, stay tuned for my Father’s Day Hike-A-Thon Special—where your treats will help me reach the summit! 🥾✨

9 hours. From flour and sugar to a 70th birthday centerpiece. ✨

Sometimes the best work happens under pressure! This elegant white chocolate drip cake, adorned with fresh roses and gold leaf, was baked, cooled, decorated, and out the door in less than half a day.
