💚 IT’S THE FINAL WEEK OF BAKE BROADWAY 💚

You may have noticed us moving bits and bobs over to Riverdale this week, but don’t worry – we’re still open as usual right through until Saturday, which will be our final day of trading.

If you’ve been meaning to call in for a sweet treat, stock up on your favourites or simply pop by and say hello, we’d love to see you before we close our Broadway doors for the last time.

Thank you for all the support, chats and memories over the years. We look forward to welcoming you at Riverdale and Craigyhill for many more to come.

Three bakeries were never the plan, and after two years of running all three, the time has come for us to say goodbye to Broadway this June 🤍

Since taking over our Riverdale shop in June 2024, the support there has exceeded anything we could have imagined. The shop has become unbelievably busy, and for us as bakers, there’s no better feeling than seeing empty shelves at the end of the day.

With that growth, it’s become clear that splitting ourselves across three shops is no longer the best way forward. Unlike Broadway, both our Riverdale and Craigyhill shops are home to full commercial bakeries behind the scenes. Focusing on those locations will allow us to increase production, keep up with demand, and continue growing the business in the right way, while also creating a better work-life balance for our family and team.

As many of you know, we’ve had our fair share of health challenges over the past couple of years, and they’ve reminded us of the importance of balance. This decision allows us to focus on what matters most for our family, our team, and the future of the business.

Broadway has been a huge part of BAKE for the past 23 years (where has the time gone 😅), and we’ll always be incredibly grateful to every customer who has supported us there. We’ve had some amazing times in that shop, but it now feels like the right time to hand the unit over to someone new and focus on this next chapter.

Our final day of trading at Broadway will be Saturday 6th June 🤍

Pop in and see us today, tomorrow, and then from Wednesday 3rd to Saturday 6th June and help us give Broadway the send-off it deserves.

The Broadway unit will now be available to rent, and any enquiries can be directed through Brian A Todd. It’s served us well for 23 years and would make a fantastic unit for a wide range of businesses!!

Thank you for continuing to support us. The growth of Riverdale has honestly blown us away, and we’re so excited for what’s next for BAKE. 💛

We’ll continue serving all your favourites from our Riverdale and Craigyhill shops, and we can’t wait to welcome you there.
