Happy 21st Birthday to Fergus who celebrated his birthday with this yummy 8inch lemon cake, filled with lemon buttercream and lemon curd 😋 decorated with one of his favourite bands

Very grateful for is wonderful mum who trusted me with this cake and travelled roughly 60mile round trip to collect 🫣

Ash really does like to test my skills with every order she places, but just look at how her sugar biscuit order for her 10 year wedding anniversary pulled together... Almost too good to eat 😋... Almost!

Had the privilege of making this beautiful 8inch, 3 layer vanilla sponge filled with vanilla buttercream and strawberry conserve for Raptor Photonics to help them celebrate their 20 year anniversary in business 🖤🧡

Can we also appreciate the 3 hour journey this cake made to Donegal for the celebrations and it survived some of the most bumpy roads I have ever experienced 🫣

Lisa gave me free reign, her only request was pigs and cowboy theme, and the minute she said pigs, I knew I had to try little pigs in mud .. and that little piggy bum tickles me every time I look at it 🤣

All toppers are handmade and fully edible 🩷
