Just wanted to say a final thank you to everyone who came in to see us this week, and for all your lovely comments, It's been an emotional week for everyone.

If I can take a moment to thank all our fabulous staff, it was always a pleasure to come into work, the place just wouldn't have been the same without you all. You made Secret Teacup such a friendly happy place to work and visit. You will all be missed greatly!

Join us today for our very last Saturday brunch!

Open 9am-4pm today.

We also want to say a very big thank you for the overwhelming love and support you have shown staff in the last few days since we announced we are closing.

We honestly have been overwhelmed and very busy with customers wanting to enjoy one last treat with us, which we are very grateful for.

Please however be mindful that it is emotional time for all of us, and it is hard to discuss.

Don’t forget we are closed for the bank holiday, but we will be open Tuesday 2nd-Friday 5th May 9am-16:00pm with lots of treats for our final week.

In the meantime we look forward to spending one last Saturday with you today.

This is incredibly difficult for us to write, and with the heaviest of hearts we have to tell you that the tearooms will be closing permanently from 5th May.

We are deeply saddened and have tried our best to keep afloat but with the increasing costs of ingredient, electric and wages, we are no longer able to remain open.

We have honestly given this our all, and the cost of living crisis is just to hard to compete with.

We want to say a massive thank you to you all for your support in the last year and half that we have been open. Your kindness that you have shown us, especially from our kelways complex friends, has been so wonderful.

We hope to see you in the next two weeks for our final goodbyes.

We have lots of delicious options on our menu with vegan and gluten free sausages for your full English breakfasts.

Poached eggs, breakfast sandwiches.

We also have some yummy cakes on our counter which include lemon and blueberry, shortbread, gluten and dairy free brownies, vegan biscoff. As well as our homemade cheese scones.

We have had a last minute cancellation for 2 children to do cupcake decorating today!

Please call the tearooms if you’d like to join us for a rainy day activity.

Cupcake decorating is back next week from Tuesday, during half term!

We will provide each child with four cupcakes to decorate, along with lots of icing and cutters to create some cute animal character cupcakes (and a box at the end for the cupcakes that make it home!)

Cost is £10 per child.

Whilst the kids are busy being creative you can sit and enjoy a relaxing drink and bite to eat maybe?

We can’t wait for sunny days in our garden again, so with that in mind we thought we’d bring a little treat to you, as the weathers predicting rain all week.
