Decorated in a variety of styles depending on what I'm making that week.

Our signature flavours such as Vanilla & Strawberry, Cookies & Caramel, Double Chocolate and Lemon & Raspberry will all be there...

Yay or neigh? Should the toppers be separate? Maybe the toppers should live in the secret cupboard 🤣 I could also add random decorations that I sometimes have a few left of such as butterflies and flowers?

Yesterday I weighed out cookie dough ingredients prior to my quest on collecting one measley jar of this viral cookie spread. Biscoff 2.0? Let's give this a go!

Lancaster isn't stocking this. Gutted.

But I'd committed to the dough and the ingredients already so the show WILL go on...

I bought two large packs of custard creams to scrape the centres out of and see if that could be fashioned into a spread

I got back to the bakery and started separating, scraping then the swearing

What am I even doing? It's already a biscuit?? And here I am separating it, to put into another biscuit form.

I'm making my own custard cream biscuits to decorate the top of the cookie too by the way.

I repeat. IT IS ALREADY A BISCUIT.

This is why I don't 'do' trends. I knew they were all a swizz when they tried telling us a bucket of ice on our heads was a good idea.

So if you could let me know they're not nice so I never have to make these again that would be great.

Well it's happening...

I've been costing, counting, ordering and designing after some market research visiting a lot of cake sheds throughout the North West!

I have a mock menu, sticker machine thats going to be a busy little bee!

I'm so excited to put my own stamp on the cake shed from the paint on the outside to the bakes on the inside. I haven't set a concrete opening date yet but I would appreciate your support when the time comes 🙌🏼

Bread Shed!??

I'm getting excited organising the cake/ bread Shed.

Id love to make brioche rolls, crusty white loaves and cinnamon buns again 😍 Am I being delusional? Is this something you'd like to see if you came for a nosy?

Fancy new thermal printer had arrived for cake shed packaging.

With no cake shed yet.

Or packaging.

My strategy is start from the middle and move forwards and backwards through the list for maximum stress thus making the process way more difficult than it needs to be.

But what I have planned is all the creative, colourful and fun aspects of this set up 🤣

I do need help with some of the cookie flavours though - I'm undecided on which flavours to choose and I think seven cookies to start off with is a little too risky.
