Someone's a very happy boy. Stripy our sons favourite sheep is now back from the fields ready to lamb. She is expecting twins, so fingers crossed for the next week that all goes well.

Come stay with us 🐑🐑🐑

Come stay with us for a break this lambing time. Mossy meadow farm between January and the start of April has the added bonus of its barns being filled with newborn lambs. Spend your break watching these wonderful animals and if you want to be introduced we can even arrange a lamb hug.

Booked up this week but we still have weekend availability for half term from Friday and if you follow the Airbnb link you will see all the info about Shepherds View.

And that's a fleecy wrap on all of our evening events for this year. Paul, Hannah and I have really enjoyed showing you what we do, and whant to thank everyone that's made the time to leave a recommendation or Google review, it makes a big difference to our small business 😍🙏🐑🐑🐑
We finish at the beginning of April, so send Paul lots of energy and virtual cake vibes to keep him going and we will see you for lambing 2026!

Looking back at last Sunday, more lovely folk enjoying farm life. Tonight we have our lambing evening event, it's not too cold but make sure you wrap up warm and we will get you toasty with a hot drink. 🐑🐑🐑

Did you know you can stay at Mossy Meadow Farm? We now have an Airbnb that has the most beautiful views and tranquil setting. Stroll round the lambing sheds in winter, see the lambs skipping in the fields in spring, witness haymaking in summer, and harvest in Autumn. A true farm stay.

Thank you! Truly thank you. To everyone that came and supported the farm, our wonderful staff, friends and family and even people that shared our event for us. We couldn't do it without you. 🙏

We loved seeing you all. The happy faces, returning customers, kids covered in hay and even adults crying at the joy of holding a newborn lambs, just super.

We are looking forward to our last evening events this Thursday and Friday, and also ask if you had a wonderful time an official recommendation /review on Facebook or Google would be an amazing way to show our staff how well they did and really help support us.

Right, time for an afternoon nana nap.

Saturday!
Wow what wonderful people we met yesterday. Thank you for such a fab first day! We are open today with some added tickets on the sold out spots, the wonderful April from keeping us warm with fabulous coffee, so if your quick you could pop down and see us later!
