🐑 And so it begins… breeding season is here! 🐑

It might seem a long way off, but this is the time of year when we start thinking ahead to January lambing and selecting the rams that will help produce next season’s lambs.

Paul has been breeding fantastic rams for many years so some of our best rams are heading to a market sale tomorrow 🐏 ready to find their next flocks.

So this year we forgot to take a team photo, so with the weird power that is AI, I’ve “rustic farm vibed” all of us 😂. Apparently it was breaking its policy to put us all in a group photo, so you’ll just have to use your imagination!
In all seriousness, Paul and I could not have held the lambing weekend without Rob and Hannah, who help us hold the whole of lambing together. And to Lou, Cerys, Phil, Kate and Katie — who absolutely smashed the weekend — we are so thankful for all your help. You are all fabulous and wonderful folk, and I think all of our visitors would agree?!
And a special mention to our friends Jen and Hayley for helping behind the scenes. Thank you 🙏🙏🙏🙏

A huge thank you to for coming to show her work with sheep's wool, and her beautiful 'fleece to fabric' process.

Kathryn has some workshops coming up soon, so go give her a follow and maybe join up for an informitave craft session or 3. (I have recently done one of her courses and it was brilliant)

Another beautiful human who brought that extra special element to the weekend. Kat your grandma would be SO proud of you amd what you showed us all this weekend.
