We had a longer chat with Liberty Hogarth of Petite Pomme & welcomed her properly to

After specialising in hospitality and catering in college, opening her own shop was the next logical step for foodie Liberty.

She choose Knutsford as the location for her first venture as the town is small and friendly (her mum was also born and bred in Knutsford) and this has shown in the warm welcome she has received since opening a few weeks ago. The patisserie sells some gorgeous cakes, pastries and bread (dinner party desserts - look no further!) as well as a small selection of gifts and kitchen items plus some great takeout coffees.

Liberty is busy getting prepared for Halloween and has some gorgeous products coming in, in time for Christmas. French Apple Tarts are coming soon too!

You can find Petite Pomme on Regent Street. Opening hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 4.30pm and Saturday 10am - 4pm
