Dotties Delights Freshly Made Cakes and Treats

It’s been a while since we updated the page!

We are still squirrelling away in the background baking an endless amount of cookies and breaking numerous packs for digestive biscuits each week to bring you the best cheesecakes around.

You guys are definitely keeping us on our toes.

We’ve also branched into a few new stores in different areas.

We now cover North, South and West Yorkshire!!

We are currently on a very well deserved holiday -
Whatever stock is currently in stores is all that will be available until restock 24th August

Happy Monday!

An update from us

All stores will be restocked by dinner time with cookies and cheesecakes

This is our last restock for a while so grab what you can whilst you can!

On Thursday the baker behind the scenes is in for an operation on his spine.
We’re unsure on the recovery time (we have been given a timeframe of 2 weeks to 12 weeks)
As soon as he is upto it he will be back in the kitchen but stock in stores will be a lot less until he is fully recovered.

Whilst I work full time, I may be able to bake some bits inbetween, if I manage it I’ll post here what is available.

We’ve got everything crossed his recovery will go as smooth and as quickly as possible but please bare with us

Cake tubs will hit stores again Wednesday this week.

We are on the hunt for more trays to be able to make more cake so higher numbers will be able to go out - the trays we already use have been out of stock for 2 months 😔

Lemon cake tubs have hit stores today
In my opinion they need a bit more lemon, but the kids say they are okay, so we will work that bit out on feedback

You’ve all sold us out of sticky toffee in about 4 hrs - more are being made - I have a feeling we’re not going to be able to keep up with this one

Let us know if you manage to grab one and how you like them or what we could change
We’re also open to flavour ideas

An update on cake tubs

We trialled them in 2 stores last week and they’ve proven popular (could just be that they are new)

I know a fair few sandwich shops have asked for them this morning whilst restocking

Going forward -
These will not be a Monday restock item - we physically cannot bake/make anything else on a Saturday/sunday.

We will however restock them on a Tuesday/wednesday

We are on the last 4 restock deliveries then the oven is back on for cake this afternoon

We are trialling Victoria sponge in Eggborough Premier and Bryam Post office from tomorrow

Hopefully trail them in sandwich shops next week

If they are a hit, we will add more flavours

We brought a new cheesecake flavour out before Christmas and it seems to be a hit

Twix

Digestive base, vanilla cheesecake with a Twix sauce and Twix mix topping (crunchy shortbread pieces with fudge bits and chocolate chips)

If you find one please let us know your feedback

It’s been a while since we did an update

We were just trying to keep up with Christmas and keeping all the stores stocked

Hopefully we can catch a breath and have a look at some new flavours and bakes to put out in stores

Lemon cheesecakes are by far the most popular!

We still stock all our sandwich shops, with a few new additions -

Big Baps - castleford
Bryam Post Office/Convenience store
Premier Airedale - The Square
Premier Lady Balk Lane - Pontefract
