Christmas is coming! I am now taking Christmas orders, get in early to secure your spot.
I will be delivering locally right up to Christmas eve. With free delivery in Knaresborough up to Christmas Eve and Pateley Bridge up to the 20th of December. For other areas send me a message for costs.
Our Cookie boxes last at least a week, Rocky Road at least 2 weeks and Fudge at least 3 weeks. Rocky road and Fudge can also be frozen for up to 3 months.

Biscoff Fudge! We have 2 types of Biscoff Fudge, our classic Fudge made with dark chocolate and suitable for vegans. Our blonde biscoff fudge is made with Blonde Chocolate which has a bit of a caramel taste. I could eat a full batch of either!

This week i’ve been in Brussels, a chocolate lovers dream! With a whole arcade full of amazing chocolate shops I couldn’t resist trying a few!
My husband has been at a conference so I took myself off to a Chocolate Making workshop and had a lovely time making Belgian pralines. (Essentially filled chocolates) We made a variety of flavours including making our own Ganache as well as Mendiants. I don’t think it will be long before I get myself a mould and have a go at some of the techniques I learned!

I spend a lot of time stirring sugar and milk before adding the flavours go in to my fudge. Each batch is heated for around 10 minutes and i’ve finally got the hang of doing 2 at once. Wouldn’t it be nice to have an extra pair of hands!
