We are delighted to share a special collaboration with .

Over the past few months, we’ve been working together to create two exclusive products that will be available only at the Highland Park Distillery and their flagship store on Albert Street in Kirkwall.

🥃 Whisky Cake
A rich, traditional fruit cake made with fruit carefully soaked in Highland Park Whisky, bringing together deep fruit flavours and the distinctive character of a renowned Orkney single malt.

🥃 Whisky Shortbread
Our buttery shortbread, made with local Orkney butter and infused with Highland Park whisky for a uniquely Orcadian twist on a classic favourite.

We are incredibly proud to have partnered with Highland Park on this project and can’t wait for visitors and locals to taste these treats when visiting!

It’s Shrove Tuesday, which means we have lots of pancakes available today! 🤩

Choc Chip, Fruit, Toffee Chip, Cranberry & White Choc, as well as plain and our big thin pancakes! 🥞
