A cupcake tower is such a fun alternative to a wedding cake and it makes it easier for guests to take extra home! This one was beside a cutting cake so that the happy couple could still have that photo moment.

It’s Thursday and that means Swally n’ Scran | Seafood Restaurant is back open and restocked with cakes and desserts!

On the cake counter this weekend is everyone’s favourite- Red Velvet Cake which is sandwiched with chocolate sauce and finished with vanilla buttercream.
There’s also Bounty Brownie which is made without gluten and if you fancy dining alfresco, it’s also available on Skipper’s Scran Van | Hot Seafood Trailer

Desserts this month are:
Tres Leches Cake- the famous South American “Three Milk Cake” which has the most lovely texture, a lemony vanilla flavour and comes with a mascarpone cream and fresh berries.
Guinness Punch Pie- a set Guinness custard tart with a malty flavour. Served with ice cream.
Lemon Meringue Cheesecake- a classic biscuit base, creamy lemon and white chocolate cheesecake topped with fluffy Italian meringue.

I can’t believe it’s August already! That means there’s a whole new menu at Swally n’ Scran | Seafood Restaurant 🍽️

This month find Lemon meringue cheesecake, Tres leches cake and Guinness punch pie on the dessert menu and a don’t forget to check out the weekly cake selection!

I think one of the best things about a five-tier wedding cake is getting to have five different flavours? Although, I probably still couldn’t choose!
