✨ MEET THE BAKER ✨

Hello! I’m Ashley, the face behind The Braw Bakehouse. 💗

I’m a self-taught baker who started making cakes for family and friends, never imagining that one day I’d be running my own little baking business. What began as a hobby quickly turned into a passion, and now I spend my days creating cakes, cupcakes and sweet treats for all your special occasions.

When I’m not baking, you’ll usually find me working at the hospital, exploring the outdoors with the family, camping in the summer, or enjoying a walk along the beach – my absolute happy place 🩵

I’m also proud mummy to Adam and Hannah, who keep me very busy and remind me daily why cake and coffee are essential! ☕🍰

Behind The Braw Bakehouse, I wear many hats – owner, social media expert, photographer, cake decorator, chief chocolate melter, taste tester, cleaner, dishwasher, memory maker and just about everything in between! 😅

A special mention has to go to Stewart, who never signed up to work in a home bakery but somehow ended up helping behind the scenes more often than he'd probably like. Thankfully, he's paid in cake and takes his role as chief taste tester very seriously! 😆 Whether he's washing endless dishes, helping out with the shed or sampling my latest bakes, I really would be lost without him. 💗

Adam and Hannah also love getting involved whenever they can, helping out with the shed and eagerly trying out all mummy’s bakes. They're always happy to lend a hand and, of course, give their expert opinions on the latest sweet treats! 🧁💗
