💜☕🎂 WHAT A FANTASTIC DAY! 🎂☕💜

I just wanted to take a moment to say a HUGE THANK YOU to everyone who came out and supported our collaboration event with Coffee & Things yesterday! 🥰

It was such a pleasure meeting and chatting with so many lovely people and visitors to Perth throughout the day. I especially loved meeting so many of Kelsea's regular customers – you were all absolutely amazing! Thank you for taking the time to sample my cakes, share your thoughts, and give me such wonderful feedback. Your support means the world to me and Kelsea. ❤️

A very special THANK YOU to Kelsea and the entire Coffee & Things team ☕💜. You guys are incredible! I had such a great day laughing, chatting, and spending time with you all. The atmosphere was amazing, the food was delicious, and the drinks were absolutely outstanding! 🤩

I honestly couldn't have asked for a better day and I can't wait to do it all again... if I'm invited back, of course! 😉🎉

The response was overwhelming! 🎁 All of the gift bags disappeared, and we had an incredible number of raffle entries. Thank you to everyone who entered and supported both of our small businesses.

🎉🇺🇸 WE'RE ALMOST READY FOR OUR NEXT CHAPTER! 🇺🇸🎉

Well y'all, we're getting there!

The new home of Monica's Cake Co. Ltd is really starting to come together, and I couldn't be more excited to share this journey with you.

Our commercial kitchen is almost complete! All of the ovens are up and running except for one, and the cabinetry is currently being built around it. The shop area is also coming along beautifully, with just a few finishing touches left to complete—including running the plumbing and electrical for the coffee machine. ☕🍩

The exterior signage is being measured tomorrow, and if all goes to plan, installation should happen sometime next week. Seeing everything finally come together has been an incredible feeling.

After many late nights (and probably far too much coffee ☕😂), I've also finally finished the new website!

More than anything, I wanted this new website and brand to feel fun, welcoming, and full of personality. I wanted it to feel more like me. ❤️

🌟 IT'S PERTH FARMERS' MARKET DAY! 🌟

You'll find me today at the South Inch Car Park from 9am–2pm, alongside over 40 fantastic stalls packed with amazing local produce, crafts, treats, and so much more! 🛍️🍓🍞

Today is a bittersweet day for me. 💙 It marks the final day I'll be trading under the Cups N Cakes by Monica name.

The shop had its last curtain call on 30th May, and after today's market, that'll officially be a wrap on an incredible chapter. 🎭✨

But don't be sad—I'm not going anywhere! 😊 This is simply a rebrand and a fresh new beginning. There'll be a new name, some exciting new bakes, and plenty of new adventures ahead, but you'll still get the same fantastic American flavours you've come to know and love. 🇺🇸🧁🍪

I've brought some seriously delicious goodies with me today, including:
